Worship Arts at Indian Heights

Speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord!  Ephesians 5:19

Through inspiring choral, organ and piano music, the music at Indian Heights provides meaningful worship for all.

The Chancel Choir meets Wednesdays from 7-8pm, September through May in the choir room (located behind the Sanctuary). A love of music and the desire to “Make a Joyful Noise Unto the Lord” (Psalm 100:1) are the only requirements for singers. The choir sings all styles of music to enhance our worship services.
We also encourage creative endeavors in worship through special instrumental, vocal and other creative offerings.
The use of rhythm instruments in our services involves many in the congregation, and adds to the enthusiasm as we worship.
There are other opportunities to share your artistic talents throughout the year. Soloists, duets, and other special music during worship services are always appreciated. In addition, there are opportunities to play for special events, for the community, and in other creative ways! Bring your ideas to our Music Director, Cheri White!!

Do you have a skill that would bless our Audio and Video Ministry? Let us know how you can help with our projector and audio systems. We can always use help with the recording of services that go up on our website.

June 28, 2018: “And Craig was Smiling”

Be Brave: My faith journey; finding grace, mercy, love and healing in the midst of chaos: "And Craig was Smiling"    Continue Reading →

My name is Ali, and this is me. I am who I am and believe that God put me on this world to spread the Good News of Christ to all of God’s people. To let them know they are valued, they are worthy, and they are deserving of belonging. Our world is broken and my own story is one of abundance, belovedness, family, heartbreak, hope. If you like what you read…share it…if you don’t, that’s ok – we can still be friends. God bless…and always know YOU are loved, YOU are ENOUGH, and YOU BELONG.  ~ Pastor Ali
